. My Hubby, Ted, and I celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary this past Sunday. It was exactly the same weather this year as it was back then. Hot, sunny, and beautiful. And back in 1976, I was wearing a wool
going away suite. Well, I got rid of that as soon as I could lol. It was over 25 deg celcius both days. We spent most of our honeymoon in Tofino camping at Mackenzie Beach. You may know that we spend time every March camping at exactly the same campground each year for the past 16 ish years. And every Sept 25th for the past few years, we have enjoyed a Tofino Adventure too. Once again this year, it was a perfect day. Sunshine, Tacofino fish tacos and burritos, Chocolate Tofino ice cream treats, a walk on Mackenzie
Beach, then back to Chocolate Tofino so the gang could get chocolates to take home. If you every get out that way, these are our favourite places in Tofino, and they will become yours too! the downloadable PDF. Enjoy! Pictures of our Tofino Adventure! The first picture is of my Hubby, Ted, and I on Mackenzie Beach. One of our favourite places in the world. The second picture is "my rock" where I often sit and watch the wave action and wildlife. Of course when we were there the tide was in and I could not get out to my rock. It's the one on the right side. The third picture is our family (minus the grand kids) eating at the Tacofino food bus. The food is scrumptious!
