Hello .

In our part of the world, we are in a deep freeze.  Temperatures below zero, and way below zero too.

Other provinces in Canada are also experiencing this super cold weather - some down to -60 deg Celcius - I can't imagine.

We are cold, way colder than usual.  It's been -10 C (ish) for over a week now and it's amazing!  I love cold crisp winter days, and this weather is bringing us sunshine. We never have sunshine in the winter, we are always socked in with fog.

I am so very lucky that I work from home and don't have to go outside. I sit in my craft room and view the beautiful days through my insulated windows.  

I hope, wherever you are, that you are having beaufitul days as well.

More prep and creating!

We created a very pretty card using the Translucent Florals bundle and Delightful Florals designer paper. And I threw in the Layered Florals embossing folder too! I shared it all in my Make It Monday live stamping demonstration on my page and in our VIPeeps group.

I don't cook a lot, hubby does 90% of it, but I did bake him a sugar free cake with sugar free pudding icing for his birthday.  Here's the cake and the recipe for the icing. The cake recipe came out of the Splenda cookbook ...

I was asked by our son Phil to create an Octopus hat for our DIL Heather. It took me a VERY long time to do it. Not because it was difficult, but because I was busy with other stuff. I finally got it done on Boxing Day.
