My Ready ReferenceMy Ready Reference has been updated! You can find the most up-to-date version in Stampin' University (Menu - Stampin' University - My Ready Reference, or click here). Due to ongoing changes, this resource will be available digitally for now, although a printed version may be provided in the future. This reference guide for demonstrators is designed to provide quick access to helpful information such as easy-to-read charts showing commissions and title benefits, explanations of Stampin' Up! terminology, ordering, refund, and exchange details, and so much more! It's perfect to keep on your desk, and a great resource for training
your new recruits and team. Â Paper Snips ScissorsThe manufacturer of our Paper Snips Scissors (103579) is no longer making this product. Once existing inventory in each market is depleted, the product will be removed from the online store. Stampin' Up! is investigating alternative options that would allow them to return Paper Snips or a similar replacement to our product
range. Â Paper Pumpkinâ„¢ in QuebecPaper Pumpkin subscriptions are now available to customers and demonstrators in Quebec, and subscribers will earn Stampin' Rewards! They are also now able to access past kits, add-ons, and refills through the online store. available in French in the near future. Check out the additional information in the Weekly Update from June 24th if you missed it!

NEW Product of the Month ProgramStampin' Up!
has announced an amazing new promotion for customers and demonstrators - Product of the Month. This promotion incentivises reaching a qualifying purchase amount in order to unlock the option to purchase an exclusive Product of the Month.
N.B. Stampin' Up! won't announce this to customers until December, and has asked us to wait to share details until the program has officially launched.
Once an order reaches $100, the Product of the Month will become available to
purchase for only $7. The different products offered each month will be unique and exclusive, and will include Designer Series Paper, stamp sets, and more.
Details of each new Product of the Month will be released the day the product becomes available to purchase rather than being announced ahead of time, and will only be available while supplies last. Both customers and demonstrators will only be able to purchase one of each Product of the Month offering. Â Sale-A-BrationWith the introduction of this great new program, we will be saying farewell to the longstanding Sale-A-Bration promotion. Stampin' Rewards and Product of the Month both mean that shopping at any time is rewarded and higher order thresholds are incentivised. Â Be sure to checkout the additional initial information shared about this new program
in the Weekly Updates from July 8th and in the Q&A PDF (click here to download).
Retitlement & Retaining Your Title Demonstrators can advance to higher titles and be eligible for additional benefits and rewards at any point in the year, by growing their personal CSV, increasing the number of direct demonstrators in their team, and by helping those direct demonstrators themselves advance in title. Each title (Bronze, Silver, Silver Elite etc) has its own set of requirements in those three areas.
At the start of each Stampin' Up! year (October 1st), a demonstrator will be returned to a lower title
if their performance does not meet their title's requirements in a process called Retitlement.
As we approach the end of the current Stampin' Up! year, now is the time to check the requirements for your current title and work out what you need to do to be able to retain that title and any associated benefits for the whole of the next Stampin' Up! year. You can find the requirements for your title in the recently updated My Ready Reference (Menu - Stampin' University - My Ready Reference,
or click here), or in the compensation plan documents (Menu - Business Resources - Compensation Plan, or click here).
The next step is to use your
reports (Menu - Business Resources - My Reports, click here, or use the shortcut under the Quick Stats section at the top of the portal homepage) to check your current performance and trajectory leading up to the end of September. - Use the Activity Detail tab under your Activity Reports to view your Rolling 12-Month Sales
(i.e. your total sales for the current month and the 11 previous months).
- Use your Team Reports to determine your direct demonstrator count, and the number of direct demonstrators you have that hold any required titles.
- Check whether any of your direct demonstrators that hold higher titles are at risk of retitlement that would mean that you would no longer meet the leadership component of your title requirements.
You can now
compare your current performance against the requirements for your title, and identify any that you are not meeting, or might not be meeting at the end of September. With August and September, along with most of July still to go, there's time to set yourself goals and make a plan to ensure that you are meeting all the requirements by the end of the Stampin' Up! year.
If you do find yourself being retitled to a lower title on October 1st, don't worry! You can be reinstated to the higher
title at any point during the year once you meet that title's requirements again. You will then once again hold that title and receive its additional benefits for the remainder of that Stampin' Up! year.
