Understanding Rolling 12-Month Sales At the start of each Stampin' Up! year (October 1st), a demonstrator will be returned to a lower title if their performance does not meet their title's requirements in a process called Retitlement. One of the requirements for every title is a rolling 12-month sales figure. As we approach the end of the current Stampin' Up! year, you'll want to check the requirements for your current title to work out what you need to do to be able to retain that title and any associated benefits for the
whole of the next Stampin' Up! year. This means you'll want to make sure your rolling 12-month sales meet or exceed the requirement for your title.
Sales are considered on a rolling 12-month basis. This means that your 12-month sales are not measured against the Stampin' Up! year (October 1st - September 30th), or using your Stampin' Up! anniversary date. At any point in the year, your 12-month sales total comprises your sales for the current month, plus the 11
months preceding it. That gives you 12 months of sales that are added together to give your total.
In order to check what sales you need to have in August and September in order to keep your title for the next Stampin' Up! year, you will need to add together your monthly sales from October 2024 through July 2025. You'll be able to see these figures on the Activity Detail tab of your August 2025 Reports page (Menu - Business Resources - My Reports - Activity Reports - Activity Detail, click here, or use the shortcut under the Quick Stats section at the top of the portal homepage and then choose Activity Reports - Activity Detail). Take the sales requirement for your current title, subtract your sales from October 2024 - July 2025 you calculated above, and you'll be left with your target total for August and
September.
For example: - For the title of Bronze Elite, the 12-month rolling sales requirement is 1800 CSV.
- Each month from October 2024 - July 2025, a demonstrator sold 140 CSV, which gives a total of 1400 CSV.
- 1400 subtracted from 1800 is 400 CSV, which is their target for their total sales in August and September in order for them to reach 1800 CSV as their rolling 12-month sales total and be meeting their title requirements for Bronze Elite at the end of the
year.
You can find the rolling 12-month sales requirements and any additional requirements for your title in the recently updated My Ready Reference (Menu - Stampin' University - My Ready Reference, or click here), or in the compensation plan documents (Menu - Business
Resources - Compensation Plan, or click here).
