MAGNETIC CUTTING PLATE UPDATE

This is for anyone who purchased the new Magnetic Cutting Plate

Stampin' Up! is issuing refund Coupon Codes to anyone who purchased the new Magnetic Cutting Plate from the Annual Catalogue. They were hoping to have them out in November, but it is taking longer than anticipated.

You will receive an email from Stampin' Up! with a coupon code in it refunding you. You can use this code on any order.

If you order online, just enter it into the Coupon Code area in your basket.

If you order through me, please do not lose this code, when you are ready to use it, just forward the email to me and I will use it towards your order.

MONTHLY CLUB UPDATE

The Club is now full! Thank you to everyone who will be stamping and having fun with us this year. I will be emailing the Club Stamping Dates, Ordering Dates and January's bundle selection today, so look for that.

We always welcome Guests to our Monthly Club. You can come and create all 3 projects for free any time, you just have to place a minimum order. Make sure you contact me at least 2 weeks in advance of the Club Stamping Date so I can get the kits prepped for you.

DECEMBER VIRTUAL CLASSES

There will be a FREE Virtual Class on Saturday, December 12th beginning at 1 pm. We will be making a Note Card Holder and 4 Note Cards to go in it. This is a great gift for Christmas, Birthdays, Hostess Gift, or Just Because Gift.

You will use your supplies and we will create the holder and the note cards together on Zoom and streamed live in my Virtual Classroom.

Please RSVP so I can add you to the Classroom I will be posting the Zoom link in my Virtual Classroom facebook page, and I will add anyone who tells me they want to join in on the party. If you already did this class with the Powell River Stampers, you are still welcome to join us!

The list of supplies you will need are:

12 x 12 Designer Paper
Ribbon 26"
Foil 3 x 3
White or Vanilla cardstock 4-1/4 x 3
4 White or Vanilla Notecards and envelopes (see picture and link below)
White or Vanilla cardstock
4-3/4 x 3-1/4 (x 8 pieces)
2 x 2-1/2 (or whatever size you need for your stamped image - I
used the moose) (x 4 pieces)
1-1/4 x 4 for sentiment (x 4 pieces)
Foil 2 x 3-1/4 (x 4 pieces)
Designer Paper (same as above) 1-3/4 x 3-1/4 (x 4 pieces)

CARD TUTORIAL

Here's a tutorial by Stampin' Up! for the Quite Curvy stamp set and Curvy dies.

Recipe:
Thick Whisper White 8-1/2 x 5-1/2

Mossy Meadow 4-1/2 x 4-1/4
Cinnamon Cider colour from the Velveteen Paper Pack 4-1/4 x 3

Whisper White 5-1/2 x 2, and 5-1/4 x 4 for the inside

Supplies:

Stamp set: Quite Curvy, Birch Background

Ink: VersaMark, Memento

Blends: Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Mango

Melody

Other: Curvy Dies, Forever Greenery Gold Trim, Gilded Gems, Gold

Embossing Powder.

Tutorial:

1. Mark the right side of the Velveteen paper at 1" from the top

2. Cut this paper from the bottom left corner up to the 1" mark

3. Mark the Mossy Meadow cardstock at 2-1/2" up from the bottom on the left side

4. Cut this paper from the top right corner down to the mark on the left side

5. Stamp the Birch stamp in Mossy Meadow on the Mossy Meadow cardstock

6. Attach both pieces of paper to the card front using Stampin' Seal

7. Stamp the leaf image on the Whisper White cardstock using Memento ink

8. Colour the leaves using the Stampin' Blends

9. Use VersaMark to stamp the image and emboss in Gold Embossing Powder.

10. Weave the Gold Trim back and forth over the diagonal cut using glue dots to hold in place

11. Shred 2" pieces of Gold Trim to create the frondy things and attach using glue dots

12. Attach the leaf image over top of the Gold Trim using Dimensionals

13. Add Gilded Gems

14. Stamp the inside whisper white piece with another of the goat images and attach to the inside

15. Stamp an envelope to match
